Fast-paced estate/life insurance planning firm in Franklin, TN, seeking a highly motivated individual to be the newest member of our new business team. We will train you on the specific daily activities of the position. However, to succeed in this position, you need to be organized and reliable with strong computer and phone skills. Salary commensurate with education and experience.

We have found that people with title insurance processing and/or mortgage industry experience fit well in this position.

Job Duties

• Communicate via phone/email with clients regarding the life insurance underwriting process, timelines, expectations, etc.
• Ordering medical records from various facilities and vendors
• Coordinate exam appointments for clients across the country through an online portal
• Work cross-functionally with co-workers as a team effort on various functions as needed
• Enter pertinent information into our case management database system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
