National Calibration Inc., established in 1955, is a growing full service commercial calibration company with multiple offices located throughout the southwestern United States. Our accredited laboratory provides calibration and repair of test and measurement equipment to include Electronics, Force, Linear, Torque, Pressure, and Weight.

We have a full-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Phoenix, Arizona office. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Essential Functions:

Reception and telephone coordination

Customer service

Filing

Data Entry

Place office supply orders,

Knowledge of Gmail, Word, and Excel

Professional attitude

Detailed –oriented

Strong organization and planning skills

Will learn:

Accounting operations (billing, invoicing, receivables/payables)

Part time Scheduling

Must Have:
Acceptable driving record and Pass a pre-employment drug screen
