What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Report to office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm to ensure office is opened and closed promptly
• Intake and disperse mail to proper personnel
• Intake checks from employees and customers
• Send mail to headquarters on a weekly basis
• Update payments, documents and notes in company database
• Book all travel in respective office(s)
• Coordinate all conference room bookings
• Assist HR with onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure the office is clean and fully stocked: Sales materials from manufacturers, company uniforms (hats, jackets, polos), standard office supplies (pens, paper, printer ink, job signs, business cards, etc.)
• Assist with all other duties assigned by management
