Job description
Busy Cemetery is seeking a long term responsible, mature, full time person to oversee our Interment desk. Must be computer literate, extremely organized, a quick learner, have great customer service skills, be a self-starter and resourceful. Must be able to work well as a team player. Duties include but are not limited to:
· Processing all At-Need paperwork ensuring everything is completed timely and properly, all signatures are obtained and corresponding paperwork is completed as per state regulations
· Scheduling services, keeping service board updated and generating schedules for Counselors and grounds crew
· Processing marker orders and ensuring engraving, delivery, and installation are done in a timely manner
· Co-ordinating with grounds crew for outside installation of markers
· Special projects as needed
