The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, billing, and payroll. They should also be comfortable using computers. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and helping with tasks such as billing customers, setting up payroll sheets, entering data, answering phones, filing paperwork, and handling customer inquiries.

Details about the Job:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
  • Full Time
  • In-Office Administrative work
  • Salary - Commensurate with experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of billing and payroll experience
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • Computer Skills - Typing and Internet
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - WORD and EXCEL
  • An Associates Degree in Business Administration is required, but experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Drivers License

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly accounts receivable and weekly payroll, etc.
  • Maintains accurate tags in the CRM system(s)
  • Answers phone and respond to client inquiries.
  • Checks messages from phone or texting system regularly.
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure and be assertive but not combative
  • Must be able to work independently at times while adhering to all the policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit the balance of being able to resolve issues while staying within the scope of the job duties/expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Work closely with staff members and be a team player
  • Additional duties include backing up the Sales Team on days when she is out and providing additional support when needed.
  • Some errands might be requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $700.00 per week
