Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: 7701 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX, USA, 75024

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Contract Duration: 6 months and Possible to extend

Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable tasks related to payments.
• Help Deduction Analysts with research, matching debits & credits, recoding open items to different reason codes.
• Cash application for Accounts Receivable with extensive research.
• Research unidentified payment items.
• Obtain backup from customer for unidentified balances.
• Collection efforts on past due invoices & reason codes.
• Monitor and analyze past due aging dashboards.
• Update templates for upload to customer portals for payment.
• Chargeback past due invoices needing proper proof of delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have 2 years experience in Accounts Receivables
• High School Diploma Required
• MS office Skill required
• SAP knowledge required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Plano, TX 75024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
