We are now hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at a supplement manufacturing company in Ferndale, WA.

Duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
-Various accounting and financial activities within the accounting team
-Audit customer accounts
-Enter cash receipts and credit card payments
-Arrange customer payments or resolve discrepancies
-Issue credit memos to customers

Candidate Requirements:
-A High School diploma is required.
-Two years of experience in an A/R role and customer service experience is required.
-Preferably has secondary education in an accounting related field and/or experience with Sage X3.
-Experience with 10 Key Calculator and ability to perform basic arithmetic.
-Phone etiquette and experience as well as adept at written and oral communication. Ideal candidates must have the ability to resolve situations in a customer friendly manner.
-Detail oriented.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
-English language ability (ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information).
-Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds unassisted.
-Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.

-Pay: $18.00/hour
-Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
