Accounts Receivable Accountant

Our client is a manufacturing company in the Jefferson County area and they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This company is looking for someone with an associate’s degree, detailed orientated, and strong time management and organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trace inventory through the processing function
• Compile and distribute weekly sales schedules for all external and internal customers
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
• Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
• Assist customers with reviews of purchase orders, pricing information, and schedule changes
• Prepare and analyze management reports weekly for operations
• Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
• At least 1 year experience preferred
• Strong analytical abilities
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
