A quality-oriented transportation and logistics firm is seeking a conscientious and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounting team.

Needed to succeed:

• 1-5 years in accounts payable in a mid- to large-sized firm
• Microsoft Dynamics GP experience in the last 5 years a huge plus
• Logistics industry experience in the last 5 years desired
• General knowledge of accounting and Accounts Payable
• Experience with vendor reconciliations
• Excellent data entry and attention to detail
• Proficiency with 3-way matching concept
• Project billing
• Job costing
• Microsoft Office proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The role will be 100% in office daily 8-5pm. Training will be done during office hours.

Short commutes only, please: Need to live within a 30-minute commute of Rancho Dominguez.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
