JOB SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for supporting vendor invoicing & payment processing and maintaining the Accounts Payable function. The accounts payable coordinator will work onsite in Villa Rica, GA.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Reviewing purchase order statements and invoices to verify amounts owed.
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of payments.
  • Handling credit card payments and transactions.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Supporting the overall function of the billing and accounting functions for the Finance team.
  • Supporting the controller and other Finance team members with the monthly close processes.
  • Assisting in bookkeeping.
  • Learning contract billing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Proven organizational skills
