We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our growing team of hard-working, water quality problem-solvers. Our ideal candidate will enjoy paying attention to the numbers as it relates to customer invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable while ensuring our customers are thrilled with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Closeout Work Orders and send associated invoices to Customers
• Track Accounts Receivable and follow up with overdue accounts as necessary
• Update Customer records upon Work Order completion to maintain record accuracy
• Collect payments from customers
• Logging all Accounts Payable upon receipt
• Paying Accounts Payable upon approval
• Receiving all mail and distributing it accordingly
• The second point of contact on the phone system; answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and directing customers as appropriate.

This position requires coordination between field staff, logistics staff, and customers to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

You may be required to assist with providing Customers with education documents and will be cross-trained in other administrative tasks, such as scheduling a work order and assisting walk-in Customers.

The individual best suited for this position will enjoy working in a small team but will be intrinsically motivated to complete independent work. This person will have an eye for detail, a strong concern for exceeding our customer’s expectations, a growth mindset, and a solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and other basic computer systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
