Preferred Experience:

· Basic accounting background/ knowledge

· Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

· Audit/ Assurance knowledge

· Bookkeeping knowledge

· Financial statement knowledge

· Typing skills

Immediate Job Duties:

Prosystem PFX

· Set up new clients

· Rolling binders forward and deleting duplicates

· Enter client trial balances

· Drafting financial statements

· Draft engagement and rep letters

· Updating financial statements with changes per staff

· Adding, updating and deleting employees

Checkpoint Research

· Adding and deleting employees

Checkpoint PPC tools

· Updating titles to Rightnetworks when updates are sent

· Once titles updates, compare PY to CY for changes

Confirmation.com

· Set up new employees, make previous employees inactive

· Assign lead auditor to clients

Prostaff

· Posting staffing requests

· Roll forward schedules on 6 month basis

Practice Prosystem Project

· Assign projects to new clients

Peer review

· PCAOB every 3 years

· Keep track of reports issued

· Assist Kelley with any forms needed

· Assist Kelley with any AICPA or TSCPA forms needed

Other

· Enroll audit staff in CPE

· Keep track on yearly basis employee CPE

· Keep track of yearly CPE issued by Harper Pearson

· Update yearly CPE license for Harper Pearson with TSCPA

Software Knowledge:

· Microsoft Excel and Word

· Acrobat

· Prosystem PFX and Prosystem PFX Administrator

· Checkpoint Research, Checkpoint Learning and checkpoint PPC Tools

· Confimration.com

· Prostaff

· Practice Management time and Practice Management Projects

· Dynamo Label

· Safesite Storage

Soft skills:

· Well organized

· Able to multitask and manage time well

· Not afraid to ask questions if unclear
