160over90 is seeking an Account Manager who will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a telecommunication client’s F1 and other sports and entertainment related partnerships. The position will report to the team’s Senior Account Manager and can be based in our Charlotte, Los Angeles or New York offices.
Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of client’s sponsorship activation and partnership marketing efforts, interfacing directly with clients
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized programs and promotions
  • Help manage the sponsorship measurement and return on investment process
  • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
  • Assist with the creation of sponsorship and activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stake holders and distribution of materials to clients and partners
  • Assist with the identification and sell in of new partnerships
  • Interface and work closely with other account team members, including but not limited to internal creative, production and experiential teams, along with other internal Endeavor divisions
  • Collaborate with external agencies, partners, vendors client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives and coordinate deliverables as necessary
  • Attend events and activations and provide on-site support as necessary
Education and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event/experiential marketing, influencer marketing or digital marketing)
  • Experience and understanding of the business of sports and entertainment, sports and entertainment media and sports and entertainment marketing/sponsorship, with F1 industry interest/experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum
:
$64,480 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$80,000 annually
