Job Summary

Our growing social platform needs a motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to foster client relationships; work with sales to onboard new customers; build customer campaigns within the platform; handle client communications; and monitor campaign performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Become very familiar with the CRM platform we use (Hubspot)
• Work with the sales team to onboard customers
• Build & deploy customer campaigns
• Evaluate campaigns for effectiveness
• Handle client communications (email, text messages)

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of client account management experience
• Proficient with Google docs, with some knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Some experience with CRM systems. Specifically Hubspot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,126.00 - $57,650.00 per year
