  • Ability to consistently process transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of agency management systems (Applied EPIC or AMS 360). AMS 360 preferred.
  • Competent in use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Property and Casualty license required
  • 1 year or more of agency experience required
Job Description:
The Role:

An Account Executive is a licensed individual that is tasked with selling new business, renewing accounts, building client relationships, identifies and solicits sales’ prospects and referral sources – is considered outside sales and may have a commissioned only compensation plan.

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance services
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with small business owners – such as real estate agents and mortgage lenders
  • Work with the agency to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
