Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree required. Education and experience may be substituted;
- Self-motivated, high energy, team-oriented individual;
- Ability to interact well with students, parents, school personnel, and departments throughout campus;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment requiring multitasking responsibilities at all times;
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, Gmail, and student data systems;

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for registration of concurrent students, new students, current students and participates in other campus-based enrollment activities;
- Provide academic planning
- Assists incoming transfer students, students transferring to another institution and reverse transfer;
- Answer admission inquiries for students, parents, etc.;
- Serves as primary contact for Reach Higher programs, submits reports to OSRHE;
- Conduct follow-up correspondence activities with students;
- Responsible for accurate record-keeping of all assigned tasks;
- Contact person for Workforce program reporting;
- Assists in administering admission and placement exams;
- Ability to present clear and accurate information about Eastern to large and small groups;
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience. Anticipated salary range $30,000 - $33,000.
