Work Schedule: 7.0 hours per day, Monday - Friday, Student contact days
Salary: As per the Paraprofessional Master Contract Salary Schedule
Job Summary: The Green Room Behavior Paraprofessional will work with the building team to support all students within the behavior component of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) including providing support to students on a behavioral/intervention plan, utilizing second steps problem solving strategies and crisis response strategies. The Behavior Paraprofessional will be part of the MTSS process and assist in collecting student data. Upon selection the Behavior Paraprofessional will be trained (if not already)
in strategies not limited to, PCM, Nurtured Heart, Responsive Classroom, and other job related training.
