Endries International Inc, has openings for a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator! The starting wage is $20 per hour and bi-weekly bonus potential. We provide Flexible schedule, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates!

As a Forklift Operator you will be operating our Pick Module. Your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers on time. In this role, you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to life packages up to 50 pounds for an entire 8 - 10 hour shift. Previous forklift experience is required.

Essential Functions:

• Manage Inventory utilizing RF scanner equipment
• Maintain and inspect forklift equipment
• Identify damage and report any shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Meet minimum Key Performance Indicators (picks per hour)
• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift

Experience/Skills Required:

• At least 1 year of experience operating a Forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of 8-10 hour shift
