Cotterman Company, has openings for full-time hire positions on the 2nd shift to perform as Robotic Welders, Shipping Helpers, and Material Handlers. These positions are an excellent opportunity to gain employment with one of the most stable, technologically modern, and growing companies in the area. Once trained, there is opportunity for growth into higher production positions such as skilled trades and MIG Welding. These are 2nd shift positions and will receive a shift premium of $1.00.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Be familiar with power and manual machines and tool.
• Experience using industrial equipment required.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Reliable with good attendance
• Ability to work with others and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime on listed Saturday's at least 2-3 times a month.
