Truck Team Members - Sales, Customer Service, Driver & Physical Labor

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time and Part-Time positions
• Flexible Hours: We operate 7-days a week. Must be able to work 3+ full shifts per week (shifts average 8hrs).
• Pay: $14 - $18 to start (includes base pay, overtime, and tips)

ABOUT THE POSITION

• We service cities throughout Boise, including Meridian, Fruitland, Kuna, Nampa, Star, Caldwell, Garden City, New Plymouth, Wilder, Eagle, Greenleaf, Middleton, and Parma.
• Each shift, you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service route for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

ABOUT YOU

• 22+ years of age (required for insurance purposes for driver positions)
• Valid standard driver’s license & clean driving record (past 3 years) for drivers
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly throughout your shift
• No experience necessary. However, previous customer service, sales, labor, fitness, warehouse, restaurant, hospitality, retail, and/or driving experience a plus!
