About us

FTD Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls, taking orders for flowers and specialty gift items, assisting customers with questions, data entry and resolving issues. This is a work-from-home position.

Pay Rate: $13.00 an hour

Training: Mandatory paid training the first week. Day and evening training options.

Shift Schedules: Mandatory to work our peak day of May 12th through May 15th. Morning and evening shifts may be available. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends required. Start as soon as May 2nd.

Job Requirements:

The position requires -

• Great computer skills
• Utilize multiple inbound communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Deliver high level customer service and appropriate solutions within company guidelines
• Demonstrate full service support and personalized customer experience, strong problem solving skills, and critical thinking to resolve related service requests of various complexities.
• Experience within a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
• Have relieable and consistent access to a high-speed internet connection (25 mb/s or faster).
• Must be able to pick up equipment at our Downers Grove location at 3113 Woodcreek Drive, Downers Grove, IL (all equipment will be sanitized and pickup will follow social distancing guidelines). **For those located outside of the IL location, your equipment will be shipped to you via UPS.
