Youth Community Support Worker - Summary
NorthKey Community Care is seeking full-time and/or part time Youth Community Support Workers to assist youth with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders to live successfully in the community through utilization of skills training as identified in the individual's treatment plan. This position will be based in Covington, KY.

Youth Community Support Worker - Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.
Youth Community Support Worker - Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive community support to youth with mental health and/or substance use disorders including: skills training, assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources, teaching and coaching emotional regulation and crisis coping skills, etc.
- Provide transportation to assist clients in attending meetings and services.
- Accurately document services in the electronic health record within the required timeframe.
- Participate in supervision.
- Successfully complete all required training programs.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
