Overland Park Center is actively seeking experienced Wound Care / Infection Control Nurse to work for our skilled nursing community in Overland Park KS.

• $4000/$4,500 Sign On Bonus

Mission Health Communities LLC, a premier provider of Senior Living and Skilled Rehabilitation Communities in the Southeast and Midwest, has recently partnered with Centers Health Care to manage the Kansas City Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

Duties of Wound Nurse (LPN/RN):

• MUST have experience in wound care
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
• Skin assessments for all new residents
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• Rounding with wound care physician to track and monitor skin conditions to ensure proper treatments are in place
• Monitors resident's food and liquid intake and output

Requirements Wound Care / Infection Control Nurse (LPN/RN):

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid KS State LPN or RN license
• Infection Prevention Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
