Your tasks
Our vision at F24 is to move from Europe's leading SaaS provider to a global player within the field of emergency notification and crisis management. One key component for this ambition is a continuous development of our product portfolio which enables our customers to navigate through any kind of crisis with a 'state-of-the-art' solution. In this direction, we are currently setting up a 'Center of Excellence' for Platform Migrations which will bring our global customer base to our latest solutions and newly acquired products out of our M&A activities. We are now looking for a Working Student who will support us in creating learning videos and web sessions which will help our customers to get the full picture of our solution portfolio.

Your tasks include:

• You support the setup of our Learning Video concept.
• You drive the definition of story boards in close alignment with our Product teams.
• You are responsible to create the learning videos end-to-end (incl. cut, animation, sound design, voice etc.).
• You develop new ideas how we can bring valuable product insights to our customers in a digital format.

You

• are currently studying in the field of Media Design, Marketing, Movie Production, or comparable courses.
• have ideally first experiences in creating learning videos.
• have a good feeling for storytelling and video design.
• work independently, precise and with a hands-on mentality.
• have strong interpersonal & organizational skills and enjoy to quickly connect well with people from different functions.
• are fluent in English and in German (any other language skills are an advantage but not mandatory).
