ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Working Student for our Munich Operations team, you will work closely with our Strategy & Operations Lead to support our daily operations and help us expand. BEAT81 was launched in Munich in Summer 2021 and has since been growing rapidly. We are now operating 7 HIIT and Indoor Cycling Studios as well as multiple outdoor locations and are now looking for a motivated working student to join our team to help us double our operations within the next 12 months. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced start up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently manage our workout offer in Munich, while focusing on optimising the matching between coach availability, capacity and customer demand based on data analytics
• Support the Munich Operations team with day to day operations and business development
• Ensure an excellent customer and coach experience art all of our locations
• Take over your own small projects within our operations and own them front-to-end

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in university
• Previous experience in a a high growth environment or offline start-up preferred
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and provide goal-oriented work, with a desire to learn and develop quickly
  
• You feel comfortable with the fast-paced startup culture
  
• You are fluent in English and preferably also in German
• You have a strong passion for fitness and sports
