Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the EMEA Organizational Development EMEA & CSR Team. You will collaborate with other team members and support them in creating meaningful learning offerings, culture development activities as well as Corporate Social Responsibility concepts As we work with agile methodologies, you might additionally be involved in other strategic HR project activities such as Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management and Retention covering the entire employee experience journey

Your qualifications
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business, Organizational Psychology or similar. You have very good English communication skills, both written and spoken. You have a proven interest in personal and/or organizational development. You have strong conceptual and analytical skills Moreover, you show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions. You work in a structured way and are detail-oriented
