YOUR TEAM
For the Internal Audit department we are looking for a working student. The Internal Audit department performs an independent assurance function on behalf of the Executive Board with a direct reporting line. The Internal Audit department provides independent and objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. It supports the organization in achieving its objectives by using a systematic, targeted and risk-oriented approach to assess the effectiveness of risk management, controls and governance processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the Head of Internal Audit in the preparation of presentations for the Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Group Audit etc.
- Quality Management of Internal Audit, e.g. creation and maintenance of templates, support of quality checks within Internal Audit or during external quality assessments
- Participate and support in process audits, e.g. documentation and analyses
- Support the Audit Team in administrative tasks such as the organization of meetings or the preparation of minutes
WHO YOU ARE
- Good to very good academic performance
- Enrolled student (or bachelor's graduate starting master's program as soon as possible) in the area of economics, mathematics, computer science or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and analytical understanding
- Structured and independent work
- Fluent in English and German
NICE TO KNOW
- Duration: 6+ months
- 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
