Key responsibilities
- Insights into all HR processes of an international corporation
- Support in local and international HR projects
- Support in the development and implementation of strategic HR topics
- Administrative support of the local HR department
- Independent organization of employee trainings
- Creation of presentations, analysis of data as well as their preparation according to requirements
- Other tasks can also arise according to your interests and preferences
What your background should look like
- Current studies in the field of business administration, human resources management, business psychology, business education or social sciences
- First practical experience through internships or working student activities is advantageous
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Good analytical skills and a high level of comprehension
