realxdata, a Moody’s Analytics company, is looking for a working student for a 6 month assignment (with possibility of extension).

- Processing of rent rolls – preparing, reformatting and cleaning data using Excel and proprietary software according to specific workflow process and rules to follow
- Support in platform development by reporting bugs and suggesting improvements
- Other database related tasks like data cleaning of existing databases
- Gathering of data in tables from qualitative data (text)
- Occasional PowerPoint presentation on definition of feature changes/improvements
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in German (minimum of B2)
- Available to work part time during academic year and full time during school breaks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Affinity to numbers and a high degree of accuracy
- Proclivity for learning about real estate related terms and topics
- Effective communication within a multinational team
- Advanced: aspiration to work with customers – soft skills, knowledge about the software and confidence
- Basic knowledge in real estate and/or finance helpful
