As a working student (all genders) in the medical-scientific field of Medical Operations, you will have the following tasks:

  • Support/independent supervision of smaller medical projects
  • Support of digital medical platforms and databases
  • Processing/creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Support for communication materials (obtain quotations, drafts, proofreading, initiation of the approval process, etc.)
  • Support in the preparation of medical scientific training events (e.g. apply for CME points, provide virtual platform with IT department, update databases)
  • Administrative support in the implementation of studies and publications.
  • Unterstützung im Day-to-Day-Business

We would be happy if you have the following qualifications:

  • Motivated students in the fields of medicine, biomedicine and natural sciences
  • Team skills and communication skills, as well as a high degree of independence
  • IT knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint, graphics editing programs or MySQL databases is an advantage
  • Verygood German and English skills
  • Place of residence near Wiesbaden in addition to the home office also approx. To come to the office 2-3 times a week.
  • Enjoy working with a nice team of colleagues

Period:

Ab Mid-August or early September 2022, preferably for at least 6 months, preferably longer. Max 20h per week.
