Job description
Nyman Turkish PC seeks Associate Attorney to join our growing Workers’ Compensation department in our Roseville, CA office. Associates will handle all aspects of representing Claimants in their workers’ compensation matters from case opening to resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Case evaluation
- File pleadings
- Prepare for and attend hearings/depositions
- Correspond with all parties
- Legal research
- Develop case strategy
- Draft briefs and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay $70k-130k/yr, anticipated total compensation (base+bonus) $80k-150k.
Benefits provided after a 90-day probationary period include health care, dental, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off. Sick time available day one. 401k program available after one year of employment with a 6% match.
Candidate must be a member of the CA Bar, or pending admission to the CA Bar.
