YOUR LIFE AS A WORK READINESS - LIFE SKILLS TRAINER
This full-time vocational rehabilitation position works during the day.
As a Work Readiness - Life Skills Trainer at our human services nonprofit, you have the incredible opportunity to develop life skills and work readiness training curriculum for our program participants. You get to facilitate work readiness groups of up to 25 participants and motivate them to be the best they can be, preparing them for employment. You stay up to date on the latest curriculum and training needs, and collaborate with vocational rehabilitation and employment services staff to identify job-ready individuals for employment opportunities.
But that's not all, you also get to assist with timekeeping and ensure attendance is accurately recorded while working with outreach and timekeeping staff to make sure all missed appointments are properly accounted for. And if any task comes your way, you're quick to accomplish it to ensure our participants consistently receive high-quality services from our nonprofit.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years of group training or teaching experience
- 1+ years of teaching adult students
- Covid-19 vaccination
