Job Description
About The Position
The Work Management Associate works in an agile team of co-workers and/or consultants contributing to the design and delivery new products and features that enhance the digital interactions and experiences of our customers or co-workers. Engages in efforts with a focus on growing their understanding of business operations, process and application functionality.
Work Location is Flexible within IL Service Territory or Metro STL

Key responsibilities include:
  • With significant oversight, supports business value and outcomes of assigned items in the team backlog, defining stories, acceptance criteria and driving the team to release products and features iteratively through sprints.
  • Participates in efforts to develop, maintain and enhance systems with Digital resources with a focus on lower impact and/or less complex functionality
  • Tests basic functionality on DFE Systems and integrated software for assurance and defect resolution
  • Contributes to project status reporting.
  • Works with co-workers to formulate ideas for Digital Field Experience solutions to meet their needs.
  • Contributes as a Digital Field Experience technical resource when applicable.
  • Contributes with user interface/user experience and development resources, as well as the rest of the agile team and other Ameren Digital teams, to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology or related technical field required. Experience with Work Management (Maximo, Field Service Edge and EPOCH) experience preferred.

Two years related experience will be considered with a Technical Associates degree (e.g., Engineering Technology, Construction, Information Technology).

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

Proficiency with MS Windows and standard MS Office software; Excellent administrative and organizational skills; Proven problem solving skills as well as attention to detail; Effective communication in a team environment; Exceptional interpersonal skills; and the following Ameren competencies: Think Customer, Inspire and Engage, Foster Innovation, Drive Results, Champion Learning, Build Trust, and Be Strategic.
