Horizons Remodeling is a replacement window company located in Tawas City. We service anywhere from Standish, to West Branch, up to Mio and over around Harrisville. We've been fortunate to be working with the same installer for going on a decade now, and he's great. He's getting to the point where we are expanding and he's looking to go into semi-retirement and he thought it would be a good time to start looking to bring in new crews. I believe strongly in showing up on time, and doing a great job. I don't believe in wasting your time with pointless meetings over nonsense. Trust is a huge factor. I pay very well, and frequently bonus, as well as provide raises. I'm looking for a crew that can install windows, operate a break, the whole deal for our vinyl replacement window. I'm also open to motivated people who offer other services such as roofing or siding who want to help the company grow. The job is paid as a 1099 for the work that you do, but the structure is negotiable depending on how materials are provided and past experience.
