Job Description

As a Wholesale Customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering phones, assisting customers via over the phone, or taking care of web orders and communicating with the customers on delivery times and information about their delivery. You will be the first point of contact, so it is important to answer phone calls with respect and take initiative to handle customers with care. A customer service representative should be prepared to manage a high volume of communication in a quick and effective manner. In this position you will develop compelling sales practices and an eye for inventive ways to improve the company and the customers experience
