Friends of Cyrus II located in Tabernacle, NJ is seeking to hire a Full-time dynamic IDD Wellness Coordinator , RN/ LPN

Are you looking for:
- A shift to meet your schedule Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm (rotating on-call and weekend every third week).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resident Services.
- Oversee quality care and meeting the medical needs of residents in accordance with FOC II policies and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain good relationships and frequent positive communication with residents, their families, physicians, and vendors.
- Coordinate resident experience with other department managers.
- Provide in-service educational opportunities for your team members.
- Responsible for incident report tracking and intervention implementation.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted RN License.
- CPR Certified.
- Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience in the healthcare field.
- Computer proficient with in-depth experience in Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Maintain a good driving record.

- Assisted living: 1 year (Preferred)
