For 2nd and 3rd shift welders, we offer 10% shift differential!
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Welders perform set-up and welding on a variety of weldments and structures following written “job instructions” or standardized methods and procedures utilizing fixtures and jigs. Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines to produce high quality weldments and blades for the company’s lines of commercial snow and ice control products. Actively participates in a team environment. Perform designated maintenance functions, assumes ownership for quality of weldments, participates in training, performs daily 6S activities, and maintains safety standards.
