Advanced Cutting Systems is looking for employees that take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, are team players, hands-on, and motivated to be productive. The employees are in control of their earning potential and ACS believes employees should be rewarded for their contributions.

Compensation

• Base Wage increase(s) based on progress during Introductory 90 Days.

• Incentive Bonus: earn an additional $2.25 per hour worked for meeting productivity and attendance goals. Eligibility is determined weekly.

• Night and Weekend Shift Bonus

• Health insurance and 401k eligibility at 90 days.
• Paid Time Off at the end of Introductory 90 Days based on attendance

Job Description

• Weld together components, as specified by work instructions for each job, using gas metal, arc-welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and rework as needed.
• Keep work area and tools organized and clean.
• Use all personal protective equipment required, follow all safety/environmental procedures, and do not by-pass any safety devices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year.
• Successful completion of pre-employment welding evaluation (weld test) and interview .
• Must be able to understand basic work, safety, and quality requirements.
• Must be able to perform in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to stand for at least 2 hours at a time without a break.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Shift Positions Available

• 2nd (Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am)

• Weekend (Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:30 pm)

Please let us know when you are available Monday through Friday to schedule a Weld Test. Applicant's personal welding gear (helmet, etc.) is required to take the weld test.
