We are a condominium association of 203 units looking to hire for our weekday afternoon shifts of Thursday & Friday afternoon (2:30pm-10:30pm). The shift times are non-negotiable and the applicant need not apply if they cannot work the shifts listed above.

The individual will be tasked with performing rover patrols/inspections of the 10 floors, common areas, the outside perimeter, as well as signing in guests and visitors daily utilizing our Concierge Plus System. Upon arrival policies and procedures will be explained in a detailed manner, and the new hire will receive training days to ensure a complete understanding of day to day operations/duties.

The goal of the department is to provide quality customer service to residents and guests at all times. Working together with fellow co-workers from the maintenance, and the association office will ensure a smooth process throughout the shift. We are a in house security department, which means we work directly for the building.
