Position Summary

This position will be responsible for tracking warehouse stock, staging material for each production HPT and returning material to the warehouse after production is complete. The Water Spiders will control all material movements for raw materials and finished goods. The Water Spiders will also be responsible for the cycle counting process and maintain organization across all material storage locations in the Saegertown facility.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote proactive safety culture
• Maintain accurate quality records
• Ability to operator all material handling equipment including forklift
• Ability to prioritize production schedule and determine where material is needed
• Work 12-hour day or night shift
• The ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds
• Gather materials for batches across all HPTs in production
• Utilize SAP, OSI-PI to manage schedule and inventory
• Utilize bar code transactions throughout the pre and post processes in production
• Perform the weekly cycle counts and other ad hoc counts as needed to support inventory accuracy
• Maintain plantwide 5S expectations
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Willing to cross-train and perform rotating tasks
• Availability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and evenings

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to follow set schedule
• Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
