Warehouse Associate: Shipping - From $25 to $32 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Assemble and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

• Load trailers with packages for distribution to customers or other Uline locations.

• Report to Warehouse Management Team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Frequently lift, push and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

• Work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Safety Specialist

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Promote safety awareness by providing support and information to employees.

• Identify safety training needs, coordinate training and monitor safety goals.

• Take part in new product / process review, including process hazard analysis.

• Participate on Uline's Safety Committee.

• Review incident reports and follow-up as necessary.

• Train new employees on Uline procedures and safety standards when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of warehouse experience. Supervisory experience within a distribution environment a plus.

• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.

• Frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

• MUST travel for initial training at Uline's other domestic locations.

Facilities Coordinator

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.

• Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.

• Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.

• Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.

• Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.

• Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs.

Custodian / Janitor - From $19 to $22 per hour

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Sweep, mop and dust racks, perform yard maintenance, building maintenance, etc.

• Operate floor scrubber and other equipment.

• Assist in grounds maintenance and café services as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to frequently lift, push and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
