Reliable, dependable Warehouse Associates needed for Stamford-based warehouse with multiple shop locations throughout Fairfield County.

Job Requirements & Duties:

• Entry-level position, warehouse/logistics experience preferred
• Minimum 40 hours/wk. Timeliness to work, Committed to attendance 5 days a week and strong work ethic required
• Must be physically fit for a material handling position, must be able to lift at least 50 lbs many times per day
• Safety-oriented
• Must take direction well and perform job safely and carefully
• Receive, Inspect & Pack inventory
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Deliver inventory to local shops using company provided vehicle
• Basic verbal and written communication skills required

Job Responsibilities (Warehouse duties strongly preferred but not required)—

• Goods receipt: unloading deliveries noting any discrepancies or damage
• Inspection of all material for product quality and quantities
• Stock put-away: opening boxes, inspecting material, taking inventory, stocking boxes on shelves
• Order filling: picking and packing orders, completing paperwork and preparing goods for shipments
• Daily inventory counting and organizing
• Warehouse cleanliness and maintenance, always focusing on safety
• Other warehouse duties as specified by management

Familiarity with material handling equipment such as: Pallet Jacks, Hi-Lo and Forklift a huge plus! Working knowledge of computer and standard office applications: Word, Excel, Printing. etc.

Courteous & professional demeanor, conduct and behavior is expected at all times.
