Next Point Bearing is looking for individuals that are hardworking and not afraid to get their hands dirty and who are responsible and can work Monday through Friday in a friendly & family atmosphere.

Job Summary:

• Assists all aspects of the warehouse and production floor.
• Long term position(s) available
• Immediate Opening(s), Ready to start now a plus!

General Responsibilities:

• Filling & assisting on pulling orders
• Performing “Stock Checks” for Sales Department
• Build pallet orders which will require pulling items & organizing orders onto pallet/s & preparing them for shipping
• Wrapping and Strapping Pallets
• Cycle counts
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Driver for pick up’s and/or deliveries when needed
• Assisting shipping small parcels according to customer specifications.
• Receiving pallets per our ISO Procedures.
• Will be asked to perform Put-away stock, consolidation, and cycle count inventory on a regular basis.
• Preferably able to operate Stand Up and sit-down Forklifts, certified a plus!
• Accurately hand count multiple pieces for multiple parts for receiving, shipping and inventory purposes.
• Maintain different areas of the warehouse and perform basic tasks such as wiping, sweeping, disposing of trash, disposing of cardboard, and restocking supplies when needed.
• Assist in area of the warehouse (tasks may vary)
• Maintain a clean work area

Job Requirements:

• Experience: No Experience Required
• Valid CA Driver’s License/Clean DMV Record

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, shift, or move up to 50-70 lbs.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the workday
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, use hands to manipulate, handle or feel material
• Access, input and retrieve information from computer

Work Environment:

A large percentage of the work time is spent in a warehouse, machine shop and bearing washroom. The environment may also include exposures to noise, dust, fumes and vapors from solvents, coolants, etc.
Industry standard equipment and safety equipment is provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
