Job description

Our Warehouse Associate's areresponsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention.

Duties:

Picking, packing, shipping and receiving high value electronic equipment. Barcode scan and logging data into systems to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor packaging configurations and carrier selection to obtain the highest value shipping performance. Communicate order discrepancies to customer service and shipping issues to motor carriers. Access the internet for tracking and tracing shipments. Customer service with attention to detail.

• A positive attitude
• The ability to stand, twist, sit, stand and lift packages throughout the working day, weighing 10 to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Typing, working knowledge of Microsoft windows applications, ie; Outlook, Word, Excel
• Familiar with navigating the internet
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Royal4 order management systems a plus
