EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The VP Senior Program Manager will manage a major partner lending portfolio with Lendistry. This role is responsible for a wide range of problem solving both operationally and strategically and requires the ability to form strong recommendations supported by robust analysis.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a growing partnership loan portfolio.
• Manage a team of business support analysts to drive best in class customer service.
• Manage partner expectations and relationships by addressing all customer and partner concerns or issues that may arise.
• Act as the subject matter expert and collaborate with leadership on new initiatives, products and services.
• Identify opportunities and solutions to improve company products, processes, and procedures.
• Support customer servicing activities including collections efforts.
• Support loan growth and profitability of the growing partnership loan portfolio.
• Utilize data and analytics to strategic set goals for the team and identify areas of opportunity.
• Conduct monthly meetings with leadership to analyze program progress, spending against budget, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Participate and advise on future-year planning and strategy activities while providing thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact.
• Develop standard operating procedures for program management.
• Identify and manage operational objectives.
• It is expected employees will report on a scheduled attendance basis to a Lendistry office, as determined by supervisor and some travel may be required.

PROFICIENCIES

• Advanced technical skills in MS Suite, Lucid, Tableau and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations. Combines entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, strong analytical skills and strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

SALARY

• $122,600 - $176,200/Annually, depending on experience and location
