The VP, Member Loan Operations serves as the head of the Member Loan Operations Department and manages the leaders of the Credit Operations Team and the Loan Accounting Operations Team. This leader continuously seeks opportunities to identify process efficiencies and initiatives which support the Association’s Business Plan, Strategic Map and Vision.
