St. Francis Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated full time Receptionist to support our growing hospital.

We are a small animal practice that is seeking an experienced, independent, enthusiastic, and passionate receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be dependable and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment, with an outgoing, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, handle heavy phone lines, and computer proficiency are a must.

Experience in the veterinary industry is required

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, scan records, prepare charts, etc.
• Greet clients and assist with checking out.
• Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of hospital.
• Be friendly and client oriented
• Ability to work as a team, and relay information correctly.
• Proficiency with multi-line phones and computer systems.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
