Veterinary Customer Service Representative

MVA is a state of the art, 25,000 square foot hospital. We are looking to add to our growing hospital and are seeking an experienced customer service representative for our front desk.

As a client service representative, you will be on the 'front line' of our customer care team assisting clients in person, rooming Emergency patients, answering live calls and booking appointments as needed, taking Rx requests, as well as other administrative responsibilities.

A person that is at ease around pets, has a friendly & outgoing personality and can provide compassion while in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role.

Minimum one year animal-related (veterinary is preferred) and customer service experience required.

You should be comfortable answering phones and using computers and general office equipment.

A high school diploma or GED is required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
