Bachelor or equivalent degree, major in Human Resource or Psychology is preferred； 2. Worked in the Internet or other High-tech industries； 3. ≥7 years HR experience in Multinational Companies or teams, on role of HRBP for 5+ years, HRBP for R&D team is preferred; 4. Familiar with German personnel and employment laws and regulations, local customs and culture; 5. Good skill in communication& coordination, a teamwork player, logical thinking, excellent learning agility, strong work commitment and can work under pressure.
