Aufgaben
- Selbständige Export- und Versandabwicklung unserer Aufträge per LKW, Bahn, See- und Luftfracht
- Ausstellung aller für die Zollabwicklung erforderlichen Dokumente und Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten
- Abwicklung von Akkreditivgeschäften
- Buchung von Luft-, See-, LKW- Frachten sowie deren Koordination und Organisation mit Spediteuren und der Verladung
- Eigenverantwortliche Klärung mit den verschiedenen Beteiligten (z.B. Speditionen, Banken, IHK, Botschaften, etc.)
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann/-frau
- Berufserfahrung im Versand und Exportbereich
- Zoll- und Außenhandelskenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP R3, ATLAS und mit dem MS Office Paket
